Our pallet stackers are designed to let the operator get on with the job simply and safely. Our wide range of electric stackers provides essential lifting power in warehouses and retail premises, where safety and manoeuvrability are particularly important.
Ergonomic and safe
The pedestrian and platform stacker range comes with an ergonomic and intuitive tiller arm that has all functions integrated. This offers excellent control, manoeuvring and thus productivity.
The stand-in models have a well-laid-out operator compartment: easily reachable and adjustable right-hand module, small steering wheel, intuitive touchscreen and adjustable sit/stand chair.
The compact chassis and slim mast provide good all-round visibility and all trucks have a PIN code access system to ensure only authorised users can operate the trucks.
The option “automatic height adjustment” is available on a few walkie models, allowing the forks to move up or down automatically when items are removed or put on the pallet, making picking and sorting goods more ergonomic.
Stable with excellent control
Majority of the tiller arm models have stepless control of lift and lowering movement for easy control and positioning of the load. Moreover, with the unique click-2-creep feature on our pallet stackers, the operator can set the truck to creep speed by simply double-clicking the control lever and the possibility to drive with the tiller arm upright allow for safe control in narrow environments.
Driver parameters such as acceleration and speed can be programmed to match driver and application, for more operational control.
The 5-point chassis gives Toyota stacker trucks excellent stability and control on inclines.
Powerful and energy efficient
Toyota pallet stackers can be ordered with traditional lead-acid batteries or with lithium-ion battery technology, offering our customers a choice of energy solutions to match their needs.
Li-ion batteries allow for opportunity charging taking away the need for battery exchange, spare batteries or charging rooms. They don’t need maintenance and have proven to be 30% more energy-efficient than lead-acid batteries, significantly reducing CO2 emissions as well as energy costs.
Our electric stand-in pallet stacker is even built around our in-house lithium-ion solution to deliver class-leading ergonomics whilst minimising energy consumption. This is why many of our customers prefer a Li-ion solution.
