Mission Zero: Create an Accident-free & Productive Workplace through physical AI
Intralogistics is one of the most dangerous working environments with thousands of accidents every year. Outdated technologies and approaches such as vehicle cameras or transponders have numerous functional weaknesses and have not yet been able to solve the problem. To effectively prevent accidents and analyse the risk of accidents, precise location information of all objects in the environment is required.
The core technology of Sentics is a visual, real-time localisation system. Based on static infrastructure cameras (IP cameras), a digital twin of the environment is generated using computer vision and AI. All relevant objects are detected and localised. Accidents involving vehicles (with people, other vehicles or infrastructure) are actively prevented because of the digital twin. In dangerous situations, the speed of vehicles is automatically reduced and the driver gets a danger alert via an interface. At the same time, Sentics measures and analyse safety.
