Toyota Industries Corporation recognised as global business leader in climate change disclosure

Toyota Industries Corporation was selected as an 'A List' company for its efforts to respond to climate change by CDP, a global non-profit which runs the world's largest environmental disclosure system.

Companies selected in CDP's 'A List' have been highlighted for their environmental transparency and action to tackle climate change. Chosen as a business leading the way, Toyota Industries Corporation was one of only 283 companies who made CDP's 2022 Climate Change A List

Running from 2022-2026, Toyota Industries Corporation's 'Seventh Environmental Action Plan' has been driving the company's efforts to respond to climate change. Its priorities include reducing the environmental impact of products, responding to climate change risks and opportunities strategically as well as transparently disclosing environmental data through third-party verification. 

 

Toyota Industries Corporation wants to establish a carbon-neutral society and will continue setting challenging targets to further reduce its business' environmental impact while promoting technologies which are compatible with nature.
